2016 Pinot Noir | Burke Family Vineyard
The Burke Pinot Noir is a wine that you will not want to put down, with its beautiful nose and delicate yet full mouthfeel. The grapes for this wine are sourced from the Burke Family Vineyard, which is a very small vineyard (1.25 acres total) on the Southeastern edge of the Russian River Valley. This unique vineyard has very close spacing between each vine, creating a struggle between the root systems of the vines. In turn, less fruit is produced making for a more complex and concentrated wine. Pair this lively wine with a creamy beef stroganoff.
