A Pinot lovers Pinot Noir with uncommon complexity and nuance. From the Austin Estate Vineyard, planted in 2006 by our Winemaker's predecessor and mentor, RRV Consulting Winemaker Anthony Austin. The grapes are grown from 100% Dijon clones and result is an exceptionally rich, dark fruit. Aging an additional year in the bottle before release produces an exquisitely layered wine with rich lush flavor from the concentrated fruit and herbal, spicy overtones. Smooth and velvety-soft on the palate, it is quite refined and yet very approachable. The 2018 Austin Pinot Noir can be enjoyed now or can be aged up to 15 years.
