2018 Pinot Noir | First Taste of Harvest
This Pinot Noir is what we like to call our Rosé lover’s Red wine. It is bottled with only a few months of barrel aging, keeping the youthful, bright fruit and adding very little tannin. Russian River Valley is known for its cool nights and fog, which is expressed in the acidity and fresh fruit of this young Pinot Noir.
This wine is meant to drink at a young age to enjoy the fresh, young fruit and in the U.S., Beaujolais Nouveau-style wines are also advocated as the wine of choice to pair with your Thanksgiving meal. We love to serve this young wine slightly chilled for optimal enjoyment and of course, don’t forget the turkey and stuffing!
