2016 Pinot Noir | Estate Grown LIBRARY
This wine was produced with former RRV Winemaker Anthony Austin's characteristic attention to to balance of fruit, acid, and tannins. This all-important balance in structure allows the wine to age gracefully.
As the youngest of the Pinot Noirs from the Legacy Estate Vineyard, this wine carries acid & fruit characteristics that are a step stronger than the 2015, as one would expect. The beautiful balance remains, and the previous vintages provide a clue about how wonderfully this wine will age. This well-aged but still-lively wine is a perfect demonstration of the age-worthiness of these Legacy Estate Vineyard wines.
Released into the Library Collection in Spring 2021, this wine is entering the prime window to be enjoyed. Drink now or age for another 7-10 years!
