Aged in French Oak barrels, sweet vanilla aromas permeate this Pinot Noir. The elegant texture of the wine is complex, leaving notes of fig, dried cherries, tobacco, and spices on the palate.  The brightness and well-balanced acidity will allow this wine to cellar for 7-10 years, or even more.
